DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - It's definitely going to feel like summer today and tomorrow across Central Illinois as high temperatures soar into the upper-80s. Once you add in the increasing humidity, it'll feel even hotter.
Plenty of sunshine is in the forecast today. With the building heat and humidity, a few showers are possible Thursday afternoon and night.
We'll see better chances of showers and storms Friday and Saturday.
At this point, Father's Day may end up being mostly dry with just a few random showers. It'll be slightly cooler, too, with highs in the low-80s.
