DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Summer conditions will definitely be sticking around Central Illinois this week.
It'll be another very warm to hot week with highs mostly in the mid-80s to around 90°. Add in high humidity and it'll feel like 90°-100° most days.
On Sunday, some parts of Central Illinois picked up very little rain and some saw heavy showers and storms like Decatur. Two inches of rain fell at the airport.
Most of the area will remain dry today and tonight.
Showers and storms return Tuesday and we'll see almost a daily chance for the rest of the week into the weekend.
