Wed Forecast.JPG

Quiet weather is finally expected across Central Illinois for the next few days.

After heavy rain Tuesday morning, severe storms with several tornadoes, funnel clouds, and large hail moved through in the afternoon and early evening.

Mostly cloudy skies are on tap today and tomorrow and it'll be much cooler with highs only in the low-to-mid-60s.  Northern hometowns will see a few showers today.

A few more showers are likely Thursday.

More wet weather is expected for the Memorial Day weekend, although it doesn't look to be a total washout.
