(WAND) - Another nice, warm day is expected across Central Illinois Wednesday with highs approaching 80°.
Scattered showers are possible tonight and Thursday as a cold front slowly makes its way through the area. Rainfall amounts will be on the light side.
As we head into Mother's Day weekend, sunshine returns along with another warm up.
Highs will be in the low-70s Friday, upper-70s Saturday, and near 80° Mother's Day and Monday.
A more organized rain maker brings a few showers in Sunday night with better rain chances Monday and Tuesday. A few storms are possible, too.Â
