Alyssa Patrick named new evening anchor at WAND-TV

(WAND) — A familiar WAND face will be joining Sean Streaty at the anchor desk Monday through Friday.

WAND is excited to announce Alyssa Patrick as the new evening anchor on the 5, 6, and 10 p.m. newscasts.

"I am excited to be joining Sean Streaty on WAND News at 5, 6 and 10. I look forward to continuing the legacy of trust built over the past 75 years."

Alyssa has been with WAND since 2021 as a reporter and 4 o'clock news Anchor.

She joined the WAND Team after working on the border in El Paso, Texas. Before moving to Texas, Alyssa spent time working in Charleston, West Virginia and Gulfport, Mississippi. She is a proud Syracuse graduate from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
