CHATHAM, Ill. (WAND) - The Chatham Police Department is launching a new bus stop safety program in an effort to keep kids in the community safe.Â
Chatham PD posted to social media that officers will be making rounds to each of the bus stops in the community to interact with the kids and keep them safe.
If anyone in the community wants to suggest a stop, they can call Chatham PD at (217) 483-2453 and let them know where you’d like them to go.
