Decatur Memorial schedules Holiday Market to kick off holiday season

DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - The Decatur Memorial Hospital Auxiliary will hold a Holiday Market in November ahead of the hectic holiday season.

Memorial Health announced that the market will take place from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, at the DMH Gift Shop, Barnes Lobby, and Coffee Connection, located inside the hospital.

Attendees can enjoy a 20% discount on gift shop merchandise, holiday drink samples, free soup samples and mixes for purchase, holiday music from local musicians and more.

According to Memorial Health, door prizes will include a free holiday gift for the first 50 paying customers, and a grand prize of a VIP cart experience at Trees on the Tee, four tickets to a show of your choice at the Devon and a $150 Svendsen Winter Floral gift certificate.

"This market tradition is a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season. Bring your friends and family for a fun evening with lots of great deals and festivities," said Paul Lidy, director for the Decatur Memorial Hospital Foundation, in a press release.
