Owners of Sullivan Marina and Campground purchase Clinton Lake Marina

WELDON, Ill. (WAND) - The owners of Sullivan Marina and Campground have entered into a purchase agreement with DeWitt County for the purchase of the Clinton Lake Marina.

Owners John and Kayla Fayhee said on Facebook, "We are beyond excited to get started with this project and have big plans that include a campground, new marina docks, renovation of the onsite building to include boat sales/service, retail, restaurant, boat rentals, and on and on!"

The Fayhees said they anticipate closing on the property soon.

"During the transition of ownership, we will be offering gas, ice, and are looking forward to getting to know everyone," they said.

If you are a current slip renter, the Fayhees will be sending out additional info directly to people's emails.

The gas dock will be open this Friday from 10-5, Saturday from 10-5, and Sunday from 10-5. Hours will change to accommodate needs and will be posted on Facebook as they are.
