DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Happy tails is back! Every Wednesday, WAND will feature animals from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation (DMCASF).

This week, we're featuring Colleen and a tabby kitten.

Colleen has one blue eye and one brown eye, rides in the car beautifully and gets along well with other animals. 

The tabby kitten, unnamed, was a talker on camera and is one of 10 such kittens at the shelter.
