DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Happy Tails is back! Every Wednesday, WAND will feature animals from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation (DMCASF).
This week, we're featuring Funshine Bear and Riggs.Â
Funshine Bear is about three years old and is a gentle giant while being a friend to other dogs.Â
Riggs is a two-year-old sweet little cuddlebug who is looking for her forever home.
