DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Happy tails is back! Every Wednesday, WAND will feature animals from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation (DMCASF).
This week, we're featuring Holly Jolly and Snowball #4.
Holly Jolly is a three-year-old husky who is energetic and loves to sing.
Snowball #4 is part of a litter of five, about a year old and loves playtime as much as she loves naptime.
