DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Happy Tails is back! Every Wednesday, WAND will feature animals from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation (DMCASF).
This week, we're featuring Lucille the Seal and Tammy.
Lucille the Seal isn't actually a seal, but would be perfect for anyone in need of a loyal companion.Â
Tammy is a nine-month-old kitten who came to the shelter earlier this month and gets along great with other cats.Â
