DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Happy Tails is back! Every Wednesday, WAND will feature animals from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation (DMCASF).
This week, we're featuring Phinneas and Selina.Â
Phinneas is a pit mix around 10 months old. He is a sweet, happy guy who is always down to play.Â
Selina came to the shelter in April as a stray and is looking for someone to love her as much as she'll love them.
