DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Happy tails is back! Every Wednesday, WAND will feature animals from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation (DMCASF).
This week, we're featuring Top Hat and Hercules.
Top Hat is just a few months old, but is very soft and loves to be held.
Hercules is five years old, and the shelter says he is happiest when he is running around with his toys and showing off all of his moves.Â
