DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - A woman is retiring after spending almost four decades with the City of Decatur Police Department.Â
Shelley Jones retires Monday after 38 years of service.Â
She started her career at the police department working in the Investigations Division as a typist.
She ended her career as a parking enforcement officer.
"Thank You Shelley for your dedicated service," the police department posted. "We wish you all the best in your well earned retirement!"
