TOLONO, Ill. (WAND) - Firefighters from 11 different departments rushed to respond to a house fire for a second time Friday morning in Tolono. 

WAND News sent a crew to the scene, the 900 block of 1350 E Route 45. The flames were so big, the fire could be seen from Philo.

Firefighters were previously called out to the house Thursday around 1 p.m. and left at 4 p.m. They were then called back to the house at 3:40 a.m. Friday after the fire reignited. 
 
A family was displaced by the house fire. They had left the house after the first fire Thursday and are staying with family members.
 
The Homer Fire Protection District told WAND News the house is being demolished with a backhoe to avoid hot embers spreading with high winds expected. 
 
The cause has not been released.
