boil order

ARGENTA, Ill. (WAND) - The Village of Argenta has lifted its boil order, which had been in effect since early Saturday. 

Argenta Mayor Cindy Luedke shared the announcement with WAND News Aug. 26.

The Village had also posted about the order being lifted on its Facebook page. 

Residents were told Saturday to conserve water as the water pressure built back up in the community. 

The Village has not released why the boil order was put into place.
