CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) — A Bloomington man found shot to death on Dobbins Drive in northwest Champaign has been identified.
Alvin J. Parker, 42, was pronounced dead on Dec. 10 after a shooting in the 1500 block of Dobbins Dr.
