ILLINOIS (WAND) – Owners of Checkers and Rally’s say they may open a drive-through restaurant in central Illinois.
Company leaders say they are considering opening franchise stores in Decatur and Mattoon. They are not guaranteeing that anything will happen at this time.
Rally’s has a location in Springfield.
The potential move would be part of a company goal to reach 1,200 restaurants by 2020.
Checkers and Rally’s each serve hamburgers, shakes and fries.
