ARTHUR, Ill. (WAND) - Firefighters were called out for a house fire in Arthur Sunday.Â
The Arthur Fire Department responded to the house fire with flames showing. Atwood Fire Protection District also responded to help.Â
Fire was found in the attic of the home.Â
Multiple roof lines and extreme cold temperatures made it a difficult fight.Â
Ambulance crews were on standby to help keep firefighters warm.Â
Everyone, including animals, were evacuated safely.Â
There is no word yet on the cause of the fire.Â
