SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) -- One woman is dead after a shooting early Saturday morning.
It happened around 3:30 a.m. near Holly Drive and Pope Avenue.
Springfield Police said, when officers arrived they found a female who had been shot. She was taken to the hospital and died.
