TAYLORVILLE, Ill. (WAND) - Two Taylorville men are behind bars after being arrested for two separate sexual assaults, one involving a child.
Taylorville police said 71-year-old Kyle Parks was arrested in connection with a reported sexual assault.
Police said they were helped by the Christian County State's Attorney's Office in the process.
A second Taylorville man, 37-year-old Bradley Martin, was arrested for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child.
This happened after a joint investigation with the Stonington Police Department.
Taylorville police added that Martin is a registered sex offender who recently registered in Taylorville.
