DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) — A 21-year-old who was shot in Decatur Monday night is in stable condition, according to Decatur police.
DPD said officers were heading to the 2600 block of East Prairie Avenue for a shots fired call around 10:30 p.m. when they learned that a gunshot victim was on the way to the hospital.
The department is still investigating the shooting, and no arrests have been made.
