SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - A Springfield man was arrested Wednesday after an ongoing narcotics investigation. 

The Springfield Police Department stated that it arrested 34-year-old Tavious Spencer of Springfield Nov. 5 after a warrant was obtained for his home. 

During a search of Spencer's home, Springfield police said that officers found the following:

  • Around 55 grams of suspected ecstasy
  • Around 64 grams of suspected cocaine
  • Around 1,126 grams of suspected cannabis
  • A revolver and a shotgun

Spencer was arrested for the manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, possession of firearms without a FOID, unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, unlawful possession of a weapon by a gang member and resisting a peace officer. 

Spencer was moved to the Sangamon County Jail.
