DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) — Decatur police recovered dozens of shell casings after reports of shots fired Friday night.
The Decatur Police Department told WAND News that officers responded to a parking lot at 1260 N. Jasper Street, which is the Price Rite Food and Liquor Store, just before 10:30 p.m.
Police said several people got out of two separate vehicles and started shooting at each other.Â
According to police, there are no known injuries at this time.Â
DPD said officers recovered 51 shell casings of different calibers, including rifle calibers.
No arrests have been made, and the incident is still under investigation.
