Shelby County storm damage 4.27.26

(WAND) - Shelby County reported some damage after strong storms swept through the area on Monday. 

The Shelby County Emergency Management Agency shared on Facebook Wednesday that a culvert had washed away near 300 N 1100 East Road. 

Additionally, a lightning strike caused a tree to fall, severely damaging the roof and porch of a Moweaqua home. 

The agency added that no injuries were reported.
