(WAND) — As the holidays approach, time is running out for anyone finishing up their holiday orders.Â
Major providers like UPS, FedEx and USPS have posted their recommended last days to ship for packages to be delivered before December 25.
Here is what you need to know to make sure your packages are shipped before Christmas.
USPS
- USPS Ground Advantage Service — December 17
- First Class Mail Service — December 17
- Priority Mail Service — December 18
- Priority Mail Express Service — December 20
USPS has different shipment dates for packages being sent to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories. There are also different dates for international packages and military mail. Information on those types of shipments can be found here.
FedEx
FedEx has several recommended shipping dates depending on the service being used.
FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery:
- 5 day transit — December 17
- 4 day transit — December 18
- 3 day transit — December 19
- 2 day transit —December 22
- 1 day transit — December 23
