SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) -Â Season three of "Jeopardy! Masters" concluded last week, and Springfield native Yogesh Raut was crowned the champion after several intense rounds of competition.
Raut, a freelance blogger, made his first appearance on the game show in 2023.
He went on to win the Tournament of Champions in 2024, and now he has claimed another title, forming friendships even among his competitors.
With this victory, Raut has secured a spot in season four.
He attributes much of his success to practicing with simulated questions and learning the optimal moments to buzz in.
