SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - ION has accepted a proposal to serve as the airport concessionaire for Springfield's Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport.
Phil Rowell, CEO of ION, said, “We are eager to partner with Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport. Our vision is to elevate the airport's concession and service offerings, ensuring an electrifying experience for travelers.”
The proposal includes a long-term lease arrangement of ten years and includes the leasehold transfer of facilities, including pre- and post-security cafes as well as Sky Club Lounges.
