MATTOON, Ill. (WAND) - Illinois State Police is seeking the public's help after a man's remains were found in Lake Mattoon.Â
ISP said that boaters saw part of an arm floating in the lake Sunday evening.Â
The arm has notable tattoos, including one of a skeleton holding a Green Bay Packers helmet and another of an unknown letter or number.Â
Anyone with information regarding the tattoos or anything else is urged to contact ISP at 618-542-2400.Â
