DECATUR, IL- A judge will decide if a Decatur man is guilty on meth related charges.

James Gentry, 35, has been charged with meth manufacturing and meth delivery.

During a hearing Tuesday, Gentry waived his right to a jury trial. He is scheduled to return to court for another hearing Friday, April 20.

Gentry is accused of operating a meth lab inside an apartment he shared with his then-girlfriend at the Wellington Way Apartment complex last June.

Gentry's 22 year-old former girlfriend pleaded guilty last fall and was sent to a prison boot camp program.
