DANVILLE, Ill. (WAND) - A man is in serious condition after being shot in Danville Saturday.Â
Danville police were called to the 400 block of N. Vermilion at 10 p.m. A 30-year-old Danville man had been shot. He was rushed to the hospital.Â
On Saturday, 7/5/25, around 10:00 p.m., Danville Police Officers located a victim in the 400 block of N. Vermilion with a gunshot wound. The 30-year-old Danville man was taken to a hospital in Urbana, where he is currently listed in serious condition.
Officers learned the scene of the shooting was on the Northwest side of Churchill Towers in the 100 block of E. Seminary St. The location was processed by the Illinois State Police Crime Scene Unit.
The Danville Police Department does not currently have any suspects, witnesses, or leads.
