GIFFORD, Ill. (WAND) - The Gifford Fire Protection District responded to a large house fire on Saturday. 

In a Facebook post, the department wrote the fire broke out at an unoccupied 2-story house on 3500N. 

Rantoul, Ludlow, Paxton, Bluegrass FPD, Thomasboro, and St. Joseph Fire departments, Arrow Ambulance, and Champaign County Sheriff's Office assisted the department.
