DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) — The new Decatur city council members will be sworn in on Monday night.
Incumbents David Horn and Ed Culp both won re-election. Consuelo Cruz won a four year term, replacing Councilman Chuck Kuhle who did not seek another term.
The new members will be sworn in at the May 5 council meeting at 5:30 p.m.
