CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) - Police said that one person is injured following a shooting in Champaign Tuesday night. 

The Champaign Police Department were called just before 7 p.m. to the 100 block of N. Mattis Avenue for a reported shooting with injuries. 

That is near Schnucks located in Champaign Commons. 

Police arrived to find that one person had been shot, and the victim had been found several blocks away. 

The victim was taken to the hospital, and is said to be "stable."

Champaign police added that no arrests have been made.
