CLINTON, IL- A Clinton restaurant that was badly damaged by fire nearly one year ago is set to re-open.
Soto's Mexican Restaurant was destroyed by a kitchen fire on October 27th of last year.
Soto's has since been rebuilt with the help of a grant from the city of Clinton and Friday is their first day back open.
