DECATUR, IL- A Decatur teen was arraigned on murder charges Thursday morning.  

Shitavious Cook, 15, was in court this morning. He is charged with three counts of first-degree murder for his alleged involvement in the August 29 shooting death of 24 year-old Billy Rutherford.

Cook was arrested last Tuesday.

Two other men, Felton Estes, 29, and Demeco Hill, 35, are also behind bars in connection with Rutherford's murder.

If convicted, Cook could face life in prison.
