BLOOMINGTON - The Illinois State Police are investigating the management at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum.
The building was owned by Central Illinois Arena Management when it opened in 2006 and leadership changed to Venuworks, in June.
Bloomington officials say questions started during that transition, when they were finishing financial paperwork.
