URBANA, IL- A Rantoul landlord who has been on the run since last year is now back in Champaign County.
The Champaign News-Gazette reports that Eduardo Ramos was arrested last week in Virginia.
Eduardo and his son, Bernard Ramos, were both fined last May for not following a judge's order to vacate the Cherry Orchard Apartments, but both failed to appear at court hearings.
Bernard Ramos is still wanted.
