CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) - Illinois guard Andrej Stojakovic is a midseason top 10 candidate for the 2026 Julius Erving Small Forward of the Year Award.
The award recognizes the top small forwards in Division I men's basketball.Â
Stojakovic is third on the team in scoring with 13.3 points per game, and scored a season-high 30 points against Maryland on Jan. 21, according to Illinois Athletics.Â
The top 10 will be narrowed down to five in mid-March, and then the winner will be selected in late March.Â
Fans can vote beginning Feb. 6, and their votes will count as one committee vote during the finalist selection process.Â
Cooper Flagg from Duke was the most recent winner of the Julius Erving Award in 2025.Â
