GILMAN, Ill. (WAND) — An employee at an Iroquois County soybean processing facility died in a "tragic accident" Monday.
It happened at the Incobrasa facility in Gilman. According to a company statement, Adrian Munoz was pronounced dead at the scene by the Iroquois County Coroner's Office.Â
"We lost a valued team member of our team to a tragic accident this week," the company said in a statement. "Our thoughts and prayers are with his family in this troubling time."
It is unclear what caused the death. Incobrasa said it is coordinating with OSHA to conduct an investigation into the cause of the incident, and details will be available when that is complete.
