WILLIAMSVILLE, Ill. (WAND) -- For the fourth consecutive season Williamsville girls' soccer has locked up the #1 seed in their sectional for the postseason.

The Bullets boast a record of 15 wins, 4 losses and one draw this spring.

Six seniors were honored during Monday night's contest which ended in a dominant 9-nothing victory.

Already, they are the most decorated class in Williamsville history, coming off back-to-back appearances at state where they've placed second and third the last two seasons.

Under coach Joe Fandel, Williamsville has amassed over 80 wins in the last four years.

Williamsville still has three games remaining in the regular season before they begin their postseason journey in the Rochester sectional.

In 2024 when they went to the state title game, the Bullets outscored opponents 29 goals to one in their sectional alone.

Last spring, they asserted themselves again, not surrendering a goal until super-sectionals, the hope of the seniors this year win their way to the top prize in Naperville.
