This season the team loses game breaker Jubbar Cross to graduation, but the Titans return a number of players that got significant playing time as sophomores.

It's a core that includes star defensive lineman Talen Vogler, who led the team in tackles two seasons ago as a sophomore before a foot injury wiped away his junior season. Offensively, quarterback Luke Lehnen returns after starting as a sophomore and completing 51.2 percent of his throws for 20 touchdowns and 8 interceptions in 11 games. He also racked up 553 yards rushing to go with 7 touchdowns. Other contributors include junior-to-be Jason Hansbrough, who averaged 4.9 yards per carry (269 yards total) on the ground and is a threat in the passing game as well.

The Titans open up the 2018 season with a Week 1 home meeting with Lanphier before heading to Sacred Heart-Griffin for a Week 2 road test.
