A cold front is headed our way and will change the weather before you wake up on Mother's Day.Â
First, the cold front will bring some rain and storms to our area overnight. These will not be severe, but some heavy rain is possible, especially in our southern communities.Â
That rain is only with us overnight, moving out before daybreak Sunday.Â
Many of our northern communities won't see this rain. Those spots that do get rain are looking at less than an inch with the highest totals showing up in our southern zones.Â
Temperatures will be lower Sunday, too, behind the cold front. Afternoon high temperatures should be 5-10 degrees cooler than Saturday.Â
