DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) -Â A Tornado Watch now covers almost all of central Illinois until 4 p.m. CT Wednesday.
Strong to severe thunderstorm will quickly develop and move across the area late this morning into this afternoon.
In addition to the tornado threat, damaging winds, large hail, and heavy downpours are expected.
Even after the watch expires, a few more showers and storms are possible into early tonight.
