SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - The 3rd annual Springfield Vegan Chef Challenge kicks off Wednesday.
Local chefs compete for your votes with plant-based menu options.
To participate, go to the Springfield Vegan Chef Challenge website to see a list of participating restaurants and menu items.
Between Oct. 1 and Oct. 31, visit participating restaurants and sample vegan dishes being offered.
Then, rate each menu you try on the Springfield Vegan Chef Challenge website.

- A Taste of Seoul
- Beelzebunz
- Golden Hour Bake House
- Harvest Kitchen + Bar
- La Fiesta Chatham
- Maldaner's Restaurant and Catering
- Mel-O-Cream Donuts
- Nami Poke
- Papi's Pizza Pub
- Pita-or-Bowl
- The Lumpia House + Truck
- Toasty's
- Vine & Rind
Winning dishes will be announced in November.
