DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Help the Decatur community beat the heat this summer. 

The Decatur Park District will host a fan drive from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, May 15, at Walmart North in Decatur. 

According to the park district, it will also accept donations at Scovill Park West Activity Center following the fan drive. 

Fans will then be distributed beginning May 18.
