URBANA, Ill. (WAND) - Carle Health Mobile Clinic will offer back-to-school checks before children return to school during an upcoming two-day event.Â
The event will take place at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, and Thursday, Aug. 30, at Martens Center in Champaign.Â
Carle said that students can get their required school physicals, including sports physicals and vaccines, and wellness assessments and referrals to other services.Â
The Champaign County Public Health Department will also be on-site at the event.
