CHATHAM, Ill. (WAND) - Chatham will hold a Freedom Fest celebration marking America's 250th birthday on July 4. 

The event presented by the Chatham Jaycees will be held at Chatham Community Park from 5 p.m. until dusk. 

The event is free to attend. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from the Jaycees. All proceeds from the event will be reinvested in the community thorough ongoing service projects.

Music will be provided by Glass and Steel from 6 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. 

Fireworks will be presented by the Village of Chatham.
