DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Molina is inviting community members to visit the Molina Mobile Help Center as it makes two stops in Decatur this month.Â
The Mobile Help Center offers annual physicals for adults, teens, and children, well-baby visits, prenatal and postpartum assessments, and blood pressure screenings, all free of charge.Â
The dates for the visits will October 7 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and October 15 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., both at the Macon County Health Department.Â
There is a deadline of October 15 for students to submit proof of immunizations. Students can also get free school physicals and immunizations inside the Macon County Health Department.Â
